Description of problem:
After modified issue is submitted, URL does not contain the BZ id anymore. Therefore it is not correctly representing the state of the page.

Moreover, refreshing the page forces the submit process once more, which is even worser.

The worst think is that if for example Firefox tries to recovery my previous session, the bugzilla context is completely lost. So then it is not recovery at all :/
