Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to deltacloud
2. Resource Management -- > Add new pool 
3. After adding pool , the edit pool Ui appears in which only last added pool can be edited.

All the pools can be edited. When you click on the link with the pool's name, the bottom pane will show details for that pool (including the appropriate Edit button).

The checkboxes are for actions that you can do on multiple items -- like deleting multiple pools or stopping multiple instances.

Tomas, if code has not been modified, please move the bug to on_qa,  is there a git diff or sha you can post diff please

All pools can be edited now.
