The Administration>Downloads page should separate the connector downloads as a new section. In addition, we need to add a download link for the bundle ant standalone tool because bundle authors are going to need that to build bundles.

Verified on Build#1040 (Version: 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT  Build Number: f896da0)

The Administration>Downloads page displays a separate new section 'Connectors Download'. Verified the download link for 'connector-rtfilter.zip.

Also verified the download link for the bundle ant standalone tool 'Download Bundle Deployer rhq-bundle-deployer-4.0.0-SNAPSHOT.zip'.
