Description of problem:
 Job are not getting the the proper retention_tag and product from command line.

Version - 0.6.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. bkr workflow-simple --task=/kernel/distribution/selinux-testsuite --family=RedHatEnterpriseLinux6 --tag=STABLE --product="cpe:/o:redhat:enterprise_linux:6:update1" --retention_tag=active --debug --dryrun --prettyxml
  
Actual results:
