Description of problem:
 Have host rh5.6, iSCSI data domain (227G compound from 3 LUNs). Only one VM is there (1xHDD, 10GB Thin provision).
 Seems to me very similar to lvextend problem: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=669359
Logs are attached (vdsm.log, rhevm.log)

what is your `rpm -q coreutils` ?

vdsm requires coreutils >= 5.97-23.el5_6.3 (from 5.6.z). However there exists coreutils-5.97-25.1.el5sjis which does not have "fullblock" yet.

If my guess is right, this is a dup of bug 675712.
