Cause: When a wrong login a/o password is entered on the default login page, no error message is displayed just new login was offered. Result: An error message gets displayed, when wron credentials are entered on the login page.

Description of problem:
When entering a wrong login a/o password on the default satellite homepage, satellite doesn't display any error message, just offers a new login.
It's not clear, whether it's wrong login credentials or a cookie problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to https://<satellite>/rhn/Login.do
2. login with invalid credentials
  
Actual results:
No error message, just another login page is displayed.

Expected results:
An information that the entered credentials were wrong
