It looks like the gfortran ABI has changed and programs compiled with the current Fedora 14 gfortran no longer link against healpix. I've tried building PolSpice from http://www.ifa.hawaii.edu/~szapudi/aisr/ I get the following message: xpc1:PolSpice-v02-05-00/src:$ make gfortran -O2 -I/usr/lib64/gfortran/modules/healpix -c spice_parameters.f90 -o spice_parameters.o spice_parameters.f90:2.19: use healpix_types 1 Fatal Error: Wrong module version '0' (expected '4') for file 'healpix_types.mod' opened at (1) make: *** [spice_parameters.o] Error 1 I think the problem is similar to this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=660035 I think healpix needs to be rebuilt. Maybe there should be a dependency for a specific gfortran ABI. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): healpix-2.13a-2.fc14
