In the first paragraph of section 8.1.3, the definition of "Dynamic Exchange Routes" includes the term in its own definition. Even if that is removed, I find the explanation here difficult to follow. It looks like there are several properties that constitute a "Dynamic Exchange Route". Would it be better to present them in list form?
I agree with the OP. Moving to 2.3 to allow for team capacity to break this down into the topic-based model and rewrite the topic into unique concepts.
