It seems dillo requires ISO8859-1 fonts when run non i18n version. It font isn't found, dillo call g_error() to abort it.

How to reproduce

1. I was clicked on Applications -> Internet -> Dillo
2. Application immediately crashed

Fixed in >= F16 by dillo-3.0.0.
