Description of problem:
Please add page scrolling links to bottom of pages, as the "show all" feature has been removed.

Additional info:
This is just a feature add request.

The "show all" feature was awesome!
I miss it.

Having the page scrolling links at both the bottom and top of the page would be an added convenience.

Seems like this feature is important to people, judging by the number of bug reports for it.

add scrolling links at bottom of My Jobs

This patch adds the scrolling links at the bottom of the template. I've tested it on the My Jobs page and it works for me. Haven't tested it on other pages.
