Description Garrett Holmstrom 2011-02-11 03:12:24 UTC
Description of problem:
It is really difficult to figure out which glibc builds occurred on which Fedora releases from koji's info page about glibc [1]. Adding a dist tag to the glibc package would make it much easier to learn this information at a glance.

[1] http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=57

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glibc-2.13.90-3.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=57
2. Attempt to determine which release each listed build occurred on

Actual results:
glibc-2.13.90-3

Expected results:
glibc-2.13.90-3.fc15

Fwiw, dist tags are not mandatory, and are left to maintainers discretion,

Of course. It would simply make the list in koji much more useful. ;-)
