Description of problem:

Using a minimal install of f14 does not have the rsync rpm installed. The deltacloud-configure script requires it.

w/o rsync

        rsync is needed by ec2-ami-tools-1.3-57676.noarch

Whoa, this is wrong.  We shouldn't be installing the ec2-ami-tools at all anymore.  What version of deltacloud-configure are you using?
