Description of problem:
tcpdump refused to capture after receiving large amount of packets.

How reproducible:
[root@dell-pet310-02 ~]# tcpdump -i eth4
tcpdump: setsockopt: Value too large for defined data type
[root@dell-pet310-02 ~]# tcpdump -i eth3
