Description of problem:
Does not rebuild

Steps to Reproduce:
Either:
1. mock -r ck --rebuild aqute-bndlib-0.0.363-1.fc12.src.rpm

Or:
1. rpm -i aqute-bndlib-0.0.363-1.fc12.src.rpm
2. rpmbuild -bb ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/aqute-bndlib.spec
  
Actual results:

works for me for f15 and aqute-bndlib-0.0.363-4.fc15
