I get the same thing on Fedora 15. I can get the wizard to run and connect to a bluetooth mouse if I run `sudo bluetooth-wizard`, but things don't work right on reboot. My mouse shows up, but I can not connect. I also had to change bluetooth.service so that it runs bluetooth --udev instead of bluetooth -n to get working bluetooth of any sort on boot up without other manual intervention.
