Description of problem: The eclipse libhover plug-in does not access the local copies of glibc and libstdc++ libhover provided in Fedora. The data is there but it still looks to access the data from the web. Problem exists in f14, f15, and rawhide. How reproducible: Try starting up Eclipse and hovering over a C function when the internet is not connected. Actual results: The library hover will just be the declaration of the C library function in the header files. Expected results: Should show text for the function.
