Description of problem:
DIR_COLORS should include a TERM line for rxvt-unicode-256color (see Bug #581373 and https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rxvt-unicode-9.09-4.fc14).

Thanks for report, I'll do an update of DIR_COLORS* files in RAWHIDE based on current upstream dircolors.hin. There are few others to be added. However, I don't think it is worth of full update in f14 ... I'll wait with that for next coreutils cumulative f14 update.

Fixed in coreutils-8.10-3.fc16, closing RAWHIDE.
