Description of problem:
Source RPM managed by rhn_package_manager could not be downloaded.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHN Proxy
2.Install rhn_package_manager - rpm -q spacewalk-proxy-package-manager
3.Create a custom channel on Satellite
4.Upload one *src.rpm -   rhn_package_manager -c $CUSTOM_CHANNEL SOME-0.1-1.src.rpm  --username=${RHN_USER} --password=${RHN_PASS} --nosig  --source
5. On the Client : yum install yum-utils 
6.Register  a client to the $CUSTOM_CHANNEL
7. Try yumdownloader --source test-regular-Test_COPY_ONLY-0.2-2

Actual results:

Loaded plugins: rhnplugin
No Match for argument test-regular-Test_COPY_ONLY-0.2-2
Nothing to download


Expected results:
Success
