submit button pushed off screen

Running on my laptop with a resolution of 1600x900, there is a chance that portions of the login form is pushed off screen when you have a failed login.  (Partly because of the flash message stating that the login failed and the browsers prompt to save the password).

On my second monitor running at 1280x1024, this doesn't occur.
