Description Vojtech Vitek 2011-02-18 14:38:31 UTC
Description of problem:

When I try to right click on a link and click "Open Link" button, sometimes it fails with opening another konsole-looking window with an error, sometimes it successfully opens the link in Firefox.

Error message:

PTY allocation request failed on channel 0

This seems to be related to Fedora, so I am not reporting to bugs.kde.org.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdebase-4.5.5-1.fc14.x86_64

How reproducible:
Happens sometimes, but not always.

I would venture something in your environment is contributing to this. Some environment variable(s) and/or the contents of your ~/.bashrc ~/.profile (or equivalent for your shell). Ie, whatever is causing the references to gitoline and pkgs.fedoraproject.org

Comment 2 Vojtech Vitek 2012-05-14 22:02:11 UTC
I can't reproduce the issue anymore. Closing NOTABUG.
