package PyNUT and NUT-Monitor in client sub-package

Description of problem:
Please add NUT-Monitor to the package.  A patch against F14 is attached which adds PyNUT and NUT-Monitor to the client sub-package.  This could be put in a separate sub-package if desired to avoid additional requirements on Python.
