Description of problem:
cdparanoia is unable to find the cd drive with kernel 2.4.18-5 when using
ide-scsi. This works fine with 2.4.18-4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the 2.4.18-5 kernel
2. login
3. do "cdparanoia -B"
	

Actual Results:  Does not locate the cd-drive

Expected Results:  cdparanoia starts reading data from the cd.

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
persists.
