As Dor requests above, can you please verify this problem still exists on rhel6.  Also, if still present, please provide a pointer to the fix that went into xen for this.  Thanks,

RHEL6 doesn't have this problem.  But there have another bug 679386 when doing the usb assignment in sandy bridge.

verified by intel.This issue was fixed in rhel6.
