'NoneType' object has no attribute 'agent'

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find iLO agent, SUT and remote server
2. install v7 and related packages on SUT and remote server
3. run v7 daemon and setenforce 0 on remote server
4. run command on SUT: v7 run -t fencing -n SERVER
  
Actual results:
FAIL

Expected results:
PASS

Error happen on v7-1.3-10 and v7-1.3-13.
But on v7-1.3-3, fencing test is normal.

fencing test patch to ignore status return codes when system is off

Also, the patch supplies new continuation marking information so that the kernel information is logged and compared between reboots for a passing test.

Also, the patch calls the waitForLull utility before requesting the reboot from the agent to unsure various log files are complete and closed.

This bug does not need a Tech Note because of:

1. A Red Hatter reported it
2. It only happened in an intermediate version.
