For Windows 2003, hibernation can be enabled using "powercfg -h on".

Test Version:
xenpv-win-1.3.4-2.el5

Test OS:
win2003-32
win2003-64
winxp-32

Test steps:
1. Install xenpv-win driver.
2. input "powercfg -h on" in windows cmd.
3. Click hibernate from Start Menu.

Test Result:
After click hibernate from start menu, the windows guest will "shutdown". 
When re-run the window guest, windows can resume all operation.

So change bug status to verified.
