Description of problem:

On web page "https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_create_an_RPM_package" the link "RPM Guide, section on creating RPMs" is broken, taking you to the front page of the Fedora Documentation web page as opposed to "http://docs.fedoraproject.org/drafts/rpm-guide-en/ch-creating-rpms.html"
