This doesn't look like Xorg issue, but more likely a window manager. Reassigning to gnome-shell.
If gnome-shell crashes when you go to a VT, that would be a Mesa/Kernel/X server issue, gnome-shell has no visibility that you've gone to a VT. Reassigning to xorg-x11-drv-nouveau for Ben to evaluate.

Can you update to http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=232757 (kernel-2.6.38-0.rc8.git0.2.fc15) and retry?
Created attachment 484382 [details] screenshot 2 I'm running newer kernel, so I tested it with 2.6.38-0.rc8.git2.1.fc15.x86_64 Now, window decorations are no longer missing, but whole window content is gone. See new screenshot
