Description of problem:
This bug is RHEL-5 copy of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=591135 which was reported against RHEL-6.

# 

Actual results:
semanage handles IPv6 addresses incorrectly

Expected results:
semanage handles IPv6 addresses correctly

inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated in the
current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to address this
