Description of problem:
Command line tool 'bkr job-list' currently doesn't allow to search for jobs based on whiteboard field. Having such option would allow to use it in script, for example to track jobs run against particular kernel.

Expected results:
Similar option in bkr job-list to allow search like this one:
https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/jobs/?jobsearch-0.table=Whiteboard&jobsearch-0.operation=contains&jobsearch-0.value=kernel-2.6.18-238.5.1.el5

Output of command should be parser-friendly to allow easy processing by scripts.
