The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
Resizing gnome-terminal windows when there are supplementary gnome-panels can lead to the resize being irreversible, since the boundary of the panel is not respected in the resize logic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure GNOME desktop with a main panel, at top of screen
2.Configure additional panels, at bottom or sides (right click top panel, "New Panel")
3.Start a gnome-terminal window
4.Move gnome-terminal window to top of screen, adjacent to the top panel
5.Resize the gnome-terminal such that the mouse pulls the window past the edge of the screen
6. Observe that the resize leaves the boundary of the gnome-terminal window underneath the supplementary panel (same problem with bottom or either side)
Actual results:
Window resize doesn't respect panel dimensions
Expected results:
Window resize should respect panel dimensions, like most other applications do.
Additional info:
This more a general issue, I can reproduce this behaviour with any kind of resizable window.
As a workaround, you can either maximize and un-maximize the window, it could restore its size to be fully visible. Alternatively, move the window to negative Y coordinates, by Alt+<left mouse button> dragging.
