3. build template .
4.Build the same template again :
message displays : " Warning: An attempted build of this template for the target '1' already exists"

What should the error message say? Is "Warning: Build for Amazon EC2 target already exist for template <some template name>" acceptable?

yea , sounds good.

'1' is not understandable in the message so , provider name instead of "1" will be alright.
