This is a frequent, but not always incident
The downloaded file is lost in chache.  The easiest recovery is to download it again and trust that a second crash does not happen.

How to reproduce
-----
1.  gPodder was dowloading new episoeds after I clicked the dowload button
2.  some delay, while file was downloaded
3.  i think the crash happened on the instant that the download completed

The crash seems to be related to gstreamer ffmpeg code, which is not in Fedora, but in some third party repository.
