Description of problem:
This option should be tested on some sample live images to see what compression gains there are and if they are significant, provide an option on livecd-tools to pass it along with the compression type.

I should try to get the evaluation done before the F16 alpha, so if there are significant gains still to be had, we can use this for F16 spins.

I should also test how the dictionary size affects build time and spin size.

wwoods has been looking into similar things to make the initrd smaller, you should talk to him about this. He's been experimenting with different options for xz.
