Python tracback

Creating a binding results in a Python traceback.

cumin-0.1.4560-1.el5

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create myqueue, myexchange.
2. Try to add a binding on myexchange to myqueue.

Actual results: Python traceback (see the attachment).

Expected results: Binding added successfully.
