Description of problem: After about 24 hours of use in either KDE or GNOME, I am suddenly dumped back at the GDM log in screen. My previous session remains active when this happens. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 15 Alpha. How reproducible: Happening about once per day. Steps to Reproduce: 1. I am doing some "normal" work when I am suddenly dumped back at the GDM. For instance, the last time it happened, I had IRC, email, an XTerm, a text editor and a browser open. The XTerm was active and I was simply running "yum install maven." The machine had been running overnight with the screensaver active and I had been using it for a little under two hours this morning. Actual results: Suddenly dumped back at GDM. Expected results: Session should not be interrupted. Additional info: Previous session definitely remains running. When I did ps aux|grep [application name], my IRC client, Firefox and so on from the previous session were still active and Maven was continuing to install. I presume that means the X Server itself is not crashing since all the apps would die if that were the case. This is a completely fresh F15 alpha RC 2 installation (with daily yum updates.) I have been dumped back at the gdm for the last few days at almost the same time of morning. The first time I was running GNOME Shell and, thinking it was a GNOME 3 issue, I was using KDE this morning when it happened just a few minutes ago.

FWIW, abrt has not picked up on any items crashing.
