Description Juergen Wieczorek 2011-03-02 09:51:49 UTC
Description of problem:

Updating to NetworkManager-0.8.3.996-1.fc14.i686 and restarting the NetworkManager immediately generated this alert:

SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/NetworkManager from using the 'signull' accesses on a process.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that NetworkManager should be allowed signull access on processes labeled dhcpc_t by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep NetworkManager /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp
