Description QinXie 2011-03-03 06:31:01 UTC
eg. for "Display Adapter", leverage requirement says:
"Identical removable cards and integrated chips without shared memory. Decreases in video memory. "
Which reads like: 1. the two cards must be indentical removable cards; AND
2. they must use identical integrated chips.

In fact, we don't care whether they are removable or not. We only care whether two ones use the same chip, whether they provide same functionality.
