Description of problem:
The same filename, ~/seremote, is used by each X sandbox, so theoretically if two sandboxes were started at the same time, there could be a race condition. Maybe create a secure temporary file instead?

~/seremote is copied into the different TEMPHOMEDIR so it is not the same seremote.
