I'm working on:
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/Features/NonLatinCharacters
and I would need Java bindings to libidn.

I see that in upstream tar.gz is bindings for libidn already present. It may be useful if you create from src.rpm new subpackage java-libidn.

Java seems to have an IDN implementation:

http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/net/IDN.html
