Description of problem: When running 'iptraf' in detailed mode on the active slave of an active-backup bonding (mode 1), 'iptraf' does not report the incoming packets/traffic. Only the outgoing packets/traffic are reported. Total (incoming+outgoing) information is wrong too. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): iptraf-3.0.1-13.el6 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Check which slave is the active one: # cat /proc/net/bonding/bond0 | grep Active Currently Active Slave: eth1 2. Start 'iptraf' with detailed statistics on the active slave: iptraf -d eth1 Actual results: No incoming packets/bytes are reported (the columns stay at 0). Total packets/bytes is missing the incoming traffic. Expected results: Incoming packets/bytes are reported. Total packets/bytes information is accurate. Additional info: Detailed statistics on the bonding interface (iptraf -d bond0) are accurate.
