There are no minus (-) symbols in getpriority(2) man page on Japanese environment. Actual results: いくつかのシステムでは、nice 値の範囲は 20 〜 20 である。 Expected results: いくつかのシステムでは、nice 値の範囲は -20 〜 20 である。

New Contents: Prior to this update, the Japanese translation of the getpriority(2) man page contained a typo in the range of "nice values". This update corrects the typo.
Verified it on man-pages-ja-20100115-4.el6, it's fixed.
