Red Circles!

Description of problem:

goto System Settings (/coregui/CoreGUI.html#Administration/Configuration/SystemSettings)

Change any value in a text box.
Click 'Save' button
All boolean entries have a red circle that says this must be true/false

Selecting each checkbox and saving works.

this is a duplicate to some other issue (can't remember the issue #). moving to ON_QA - I'll let the QA team decide if they want to re-test or close (since they tested this page very recently already).

Verified on build#1123 (Version: 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT Build Number: 08da74a)

Changing values and clicking save on system settings page does not display red circles and it saves the values.

Marking as verified.
