Description of problem:
It would be nice to have a metacity-setup package so we don't have to use gconf
editor to configure metacity.

We are just going to modify the control center, so e.g. the Font control panel
will have "titlebar font", Theme control panel will have "window border theme",
keyboard shortcuts already has metacity keybindings, and then there will be a
"window behavior" or something control panel with focus mode (already in there
but may be modified a bit).

This control center work is already tracked, so closing this bug.
