There is no description.
This issue came up with the software update for glibc-2.13-1 (i686). I have logged into the root through the terminal and ran yum update where I get this info. [root@USB ~]# yum update Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit Adding en_US to language list Setting up Update Process Resolving Dependencies --> Running transaction check --> Processing Dependency: glibc = 2.12.90-21 for package: glibc-common-2.12.90-21.i686 ---> Package glibc.i686 0:2.13-1 set to be updated --> Finished Dependency Resolution Error: Package: glibc-common-2.12.90-21.i686 (@updates) Requires: glibc = 2.12.90-21 Removing: glibc-2.12.90-21.i686 (@updates) glibc = 2.12.90-21 Updated By: glibc-2.13-1.i686 (updates) glibc = 2.13-1 Available: glibc-2.12.90-17.i686 (fedora) glibc = 2.12.90-17 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
please run yum check I suspect you have some other issues.
Also run: yum repolist yum list --showduplicates glibc glibc-common

Yeh, if you do: package-cleanup --cleandupes ...it should solve your problem.
