Description of problem:
Rendering is broken (Text is cut from bottom) for Gujarati. Specially (ધ) Character. Problem exist in menu,title bar and text area.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open gedit in Gujarati desktop
2. Copy Paste (ધ) Chacter (or data from Additional info)
3. 
  
Actual results:
some text is cut from bottom

Expected results:
All character should appear properly

Additional info:

It's also affected of kde applications.
