Description of problem:
Panel layout has been reworked fine, already. Only handler colour is still white and therefore does not fit the rest of the design. I would suggest grey, instead.

solved in latest version. handler color is now ribbed black

Could you please tell me which stile element is responsible for the color of the handlers?

I searched through the whole gtk-widgets.css but cannot find anything that sounds related.
