+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #682311 +++

Description of problem:

The rhsm firstboot code creates a dbus interface, but does not actually call check_compliance on it. This causes the dbus invoker to fork a copy of rhsm_complianced that remains unused.

See attachment for backtrace. I broke the dbus invocation on purpose to generate the bt, just so we can see where it's coming from.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.
