There are no minus (-) symbols in getpriority(2) man page on Japanese environment.

       いくつかのシステムでは、nice 値の範囲は 20 〜 20 である。


Expected results:

       いくつかのシステムでは、nice 値の範囲は -20 〜 20 である。
