Description of problem:

When instering a usb stick, the kde device mount applet draws the notification
in the wrong place.
I will upload 2 screenshots.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

i do not know if it is in kdebase or in other package since i dont know
the name of the binary to perform a yum whatprovides ....

Steps to Reproduce:
1. plug a usb stick
2. the notification dialog is draw in the wrong place
3. cosmetic issue
