Description of problem:
When turn up a warning windows (or the progress bar),the message on the windows are always not translated.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "变得合格"

  
Actual results:
a progress bar turn up with the message "Searching for subscriptions. Please wait".Then a warning window about network error would come out.

Expected results:
The messages should be translated.
